This is the first application of Rayoics’ smart lock control system in a nuclear power system. Nuclear power is an important weapon of a major country, and it is bound to carry out the highest level of protection and confidentiality of nuclear materials and nuclear technology. At the same time, in order to prevent nuclear radiation, personnel are strictly monitored and managed. It is also the mission and glory of Ruiao to provide a high level of security for the big country heavy equipment with a special intelligent lock control system for radiation protection!
The red/orange door key in the radiation control area of Qin No. 2 Factory and the border door key in the control area still continue the traditional management mode: the mechanical key is stored in the entrance duty room and managed by the duty officer, and paper records are filled in when there is a loan or return.
However, due to the large number of red zone, orange zone, and border gates that need to be controlled on site, there are also many corresponding types of keys. The original key management is very difficult, and there are unauthorized use of high-radiation zone keys and radiation borders by operators. Risk of loss of control and personnel entering the high-radiation area.
Project implementers set up products
The project is to establish a set of “Qinshan Second Nuclear Power Plant Radiation Protection Special Key Intelligent Management Operation System”. It can effectively solve the intelligent upgrade of the locks used in the red/orange area door and the border door of the control area in the radiation control area of Qin No. 2 Factory, and the problems of the authority of the key acquisition personnel, the application for opening the door, the opening and the key return record and so on. The main equipment and services of the project are: 1) Management system, passive smart locks, electronic key management host, large-screen display, etc.; 2) Reliability analysis report of smart locks and electronic keys (such as service life, protection level, etc.) , Product use and maintenance instruction manual; 3) Provide intelligent key management system and power plant radiation protection data management system (RPDMS) software interface; 4) On-site installation of equipment and system software interface debugging services. 5) Quality certification documents, complete sets of various documents required for equipment use, overhaul and maintenance.
